Oliver Shaw

Oliver is a litigation attorney with a focus on construction and design defect law, real estate and property law, and general business disputes. He has taken numerous cases to trial and arbitration hearings and negotiated resolutions of many challenging disputes.
Oliver graduated in 2015 from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was a managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Oliver also participated in the Emory Law Volunteer Clinic for Veterans, helping indigent veterans obtain benefits and services from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Oliver commissioned as an attorney in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps and spent four years on active duty, where he served as a military prosecutor and administrative law attorney for the 10th Mountain Division. He continues to serve as a JAG officer in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Oliver studied landscape architecture at the University of Florida and served in the United States Marine Corps. He is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Oliver is admitted to the State Bar of Colorado, the United States District Court, District of Colorado, and the Northern District of New York. He is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association.
