Anna joins TGD Law after having served as general counsel to condominium, homeowner and cooperative associations at one of Colorado’s largest Community Association law firms. She is well-versed in the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act and the preparation of governing documents. Prior to moving to Colorado, Anna practiced Condominium and Planned Development Law at highly-regarded firms in Florida and in California.
Her work includes document review and drafting, contract analysis and drafting, rule and regulation enforcement, fair housing matters, collection negotiations, and issuing opinions on insurance assessments and maintenance, repair and replacement obligations. With an extensive background in general corporate matters and real estate, she provides guidance to the boards and managers about the statutory and documentary guidelines and operational aspects of governing their communities, as well as zoning and land use matters. Anna has authored many articles on subjects related to the practice of Community Association Law and is frequently invited by management companies to speak to managers and board members about legal matters involving or impacting community associations.
In addition to her experience as a Community Association lawyer, Anna practices transactional real estate law and handles a variety of commercial real estate transactions. She also has experience representing developers and special districts in negotiating intergovernmental agreements as well as in land use, zoning and comprehensive planning cases.
Born and raised in Sun Valley, Idaho, Anna is excited to raise her children Tina and Tom near the mountains.
