David F. J. Dye

David’s practice focuses on transactional real estate and business matters. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate ownership and development, with an emphasis on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and commercial leasing.
Prior to joining Tueller & Gibbs, LLP, David worked in the real estate departments of various national law firms, where he developed considerable commercial leasing expertise representing publicly-traded companies owning and operating thousands of restaurant and café locations worldwide. In addition, he has served as counsel for various hotel/condominium developers and is well-versed in all aspects of commercial condominium development, including the preparation of condominium governing documents, reviewing and negotiating complex construction loan documents, and the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act.
David grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado and his B.A. from the University of Georgia in 2003, where he majored in History. In his free time, David enjoys following the Georgia Bulldogs and mountain biking.
